Returns and Warranties
All our food products can NOT be returned because they spoil and or aging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [info@makitarice.nl] immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any contact made within 5 days after the you receive the item will be subject to verification. However, we can NOT respond to complaints after the 6th day.
Therefore please open and check immediately when you receive the item.
In case of refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your report, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
