 The umami of the oyster extract from Harima Nada is combined with the bonito and kelp soup stock to create a mellow and deep taste.
Since it uses a special soy sauce blended with light soy sauce, it makes the best use of the color and taste of the ingredients.
Compared to ordinary dark soy sauce, the salt content is cut by 25%.
