Seven kinds of carefully selected vegetables (radish, eggplant, cucumber, sword bean, lotus root, shiso, ginger) are aged at low temperature for over a month. By pickling with honey and apple cider vinegar, the mellow sweetness, deep vegetable taste, and moderate texture are brought out.
Many manufacturers use synthetic colorants to make bright red Fukujinzuke, but we use natural pigments to create natural shades. It can be used not only for curry rice but also for fried rice and fried noodles.
